Marel Marine Scales to replace Pols Marine Scales

Marel announced today the decision to discontinue the production of Pols Marine Scales due to high spare part prices and difficulties in sourcing parts for this 15 year old technology. The Pols Marine Scales will be replaced by the Marel Marine Scale technology available in the M1100 and M2200 range. Marel has continued to update and advance its weighing technology and offers high-precision marine scales at compatible prices.

To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service, Marel has secured a stock of spare parts and implemented production of electronic modules that will keep the POLS marine scales already in the field serviceable for some years to come.
