Nomination Committee appointed for Scandic’s 2027 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with its instructions, the Nomination Committee for Scandic’s 2027 Annual General Meeting comprises representatives of Scandic’s three largest shareholders as at 31 August 2026 and the Chair of the Board, as follows:

• Karl Swartling, Stena Sessan AB (Chair of the Nomination Committee)
• Christian Ringnes, Eiendomsspar A/S
• Anders Hansson, AMF
• Per G. Braathen, Chair of the Board
• Camilla Köhler, Secretary to the Nomination Committee

Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by emailing nominationcommittee@scandichotels.com no later than 31 December 2026.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 May 2027 at Vasateatern, Scandic Grand Central, Stockholm.
