ACR Poker’s November Software Release Brings New Player Features as ScreenShield Becomes Standard
Spin 2 Get In XL enters tournament lobbies, and players gain expanded cash-game filters and a new Ace deck.
ACR Poker’s November 4 software release brings a new collection of player features to the poker client while making ScreenShield standard across Winning Poker Network (WPN). The update pairs new ways to find games, get help and customize tables with automatic activation of a safeguard for sensitive information at the poker table.
For players navigating the client, one of the most immediate additions is a built-in assistant. Available on desktop and mobile, it answers questions about software features and provides guidance without requiring players to leave the poker client.
Mobile game discovery has also received attention. A refreshed home screen uses Fast Lane, Poker Central and Action Central to organize routes to tournaments, Hold’em, Omaha and other services. More detailed cash-game filters allow searches by game type, betting structure, table size, stakes and other preferences, helping players narrow the available choices.
The tournament lobby gains Spin 2 Get In XL, a spin-to-win feature available in participating events. A compact panel can remain visible while a poker table is open, so players can see the entry opportunities on offer without returning to the main lobby. Specific opportunities and amounts vary according to what the client displays.
There is another change at the table itself: a new Ace card-deck design joins the Classic option. Existing color schemes and card-back choices remain available, adding the new design to a wider range of personalization options.
Less visible, but central to the release, is the decision to enable ScreenShield for all WPN players by default. The feature is designed to stop protected table content, including hole cards, from appearing through supported screen-capture and screen-sharing methods. Players can still see their own cards and play normally.
ScreenShield was previously activated for selected players or made available through Support. It is now standard following concerns about remote-access tools potentially exposing table information on compromised devices, while streamers, players recording sessions for later review and those sharing screens with coaches can disable it when needed. The feature supplements WPN’s broader security and Game Integrity work rather than providing complete protection against cybersecurity threats.
The November release combines new client features with ScreenShield enabled by default across WPN. Readers can review the changes in ACR Poker’s November software update overview.
