Q1 Earnings & Business Highlights

WEBWIRE –

Following Microsoft’s Q1 FY27 earnings, LinkedIn CEO, Dan Shapero, shared the company’s latest business highlights and momentum. Head over to his profile to engage with the post, and check out the highlights below.

Engagement continues to deepen across our more than 1.4 billion members who come to the platform for knowledge and perspectives from people they trust. Views of content in the Feed are up more than 16% year-over-year, while time spent engaging with it is up over 15%.

AI is also creating new ways for professionals and customers to get more value from LinkedIn. More than 10 million members use our AI-powered job search daily to help them discover relevant opportunities in a more intuitive way, and over 25,000 customers are using our agentic hiring solutions to reduce time to hire and improve candidate matching.

That adoption is translating into measurable outcomes. Recruiters using LinkedIn Hiring Assistant are finding interview-quality applicants 33% faster, while reviewing 83% fewer profiles to find a qualified match. And with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant 2, we are building on those outcomes to help recruiters better understand their applicant pools, move more of the hiring journey forward, and make more confident decisions.

We are also bringing more of LinkedIn into the flow of work. Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams brings LinkedIn intelligence directly into sellers’ daily workflows, with Teams alerts driving 5x higher click-through than classic Sales Navigator.

Paid video grew 25 percent year-over-year, while creator-led ads grew 63% year-over-year, as marketers increasingly look to connect with professional audiences through trusted, engaging content. Creator content as a whole is up on LinkedIn. Established creators posting daily grew 13%, about 6x faster than the broader creator base, expanding the supply of timely, credible perspectives professionals can use to make decisions about their careers and businesses.

Premium Company Pages paid subscriptions increased 121% year-over-year, as more businesses turn to LinkedIn to build their presence and reach customers.
