Venice’s iconic canals and centuries-old character are being celebrated today as the LEGO® Icons Venetian Neighbourhood (11388) set is revealed. With 5,682 pieces, this is one of the most intricate city dioramas in the LEGO Icons collection and marks the first time the LEGO Group has created a cityscape-style display model of this scale, inviting builders to capture the romance, rhythm and remarkable architecture of Venice with LEGO elements – no passport required.
Set along a bustling, brick-built waterfront, this set recreates a canal-side neighbourhood embodying the true spirit of the floating city. A luxury villa, artisan glassblowing workshop and astronomical clock tower line the water’s edge while an arched bridge crosses the canal below, where a gondola can glide through the scene. The diorama can be separated and rearranged into two distinct sections, or the roofs and floors lifted away to discover detailed interiors within each building.
With its richly layered architecture and display-ready silhouette, the model offers LEGO Icons collectors an ambitious new centrepiece build. The set is designed with playful, hands-on features that capture the enchanting atmosphere of the beloved city. Turn the small flower vase atop the street piano to play real notes or rotate the knob on the side of the clock tower to bring its astronomical calendar into motion.
The neighbourhood is also home to 17 Minifigures, bringing every corner of the storied scene to life. Gondoliers, musicians, tourists and two carnival-goers dressed in extravagant costumes and elaborate masks make up a delightful tribute to the traditions and festivities that the region is famed for.
The LEGO Icons Venetian Neighbourhood (11388) set will be available for LEGO Insiders* Early Access from 1 November 2026, and for all from 4 November 2026, priced at £449.99 / €499.99 / $549.99. Discover more and purchase at LEGO.com/Venice or visit your nearest LEGO Store.
