ACR Poker’s Dual Venom PKOs Advance with Day 1B today

ACR Poker continues both Venom PKO tournaments today, with Day 1B at 1:05 p.m. ET. It’s ahead of a big Sunday featuring Venom Day 1C and the first WSOP Paradise Mega Satellite, which will guarantee seven $30,000 packages to the Bahamas.

The Bahamas qualifier starts at 2:05 p.m. ET and carries a $1,050 buy-in. Each package combines entry to the $50 million guaranteed WSOP Paradise Super Main Event with accommodation at SLS Baha Mar. The $26,000 tournament buy-in covers the event running Dec. 10–17, while the hotel stay runs Dec. 5–18. Travel, meals and personal expenses are not included.

The first group of feeder qualifiers is already in place: 50 players secured entry to Sunday’s Mega through the Oct. 4 $95 Beast Paradise feeder. Another $95 Beast feeder begins this Sunday, Oct. 11 at 5:05 p.m. ET. That tournament guarantees 50 seats to the Mega on Oct. 18.

Earlier this Sunday, the Venom action starts at 1:05 p.m. ET. Day 1C offers another starting flight in the $5 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em PKO and $1.5 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha PKO. Both have $2,650 buy-ins, and players can qualify at lower cost through Venom Fever Satellites. Further starting flights are scheduled for Oct. 15 and Oct. 18 at the same time.

The opening flights on Oct. 4 drew 511 NLH entries and 133 PLO entries. Of those fields, 86 NLH players and 17 PLO players advanced. Atheist30 led the NLH qualifiers with 5,186,479 chips, while BooooomHeadsot topped the PLO qualifiers with 6,706,559.

Among bounty payments, lordgiven collected $8,125 in NLH bounties; bethechange and sendmehome each earned $9,687.50 in PLO bounties. The progressive knockout format divides each eliminated player’s bounty in half: one portion is paid to the player making the knockout, and the other is added to that player’s own bounty.
