Americas Cardroom Launches USA Weekly Leaderboard This Monday

Americas Cardroom will give U.S.-registered players a new route from weeknight tournament play to its Sunday lineup. The USA Weekly Leaderboard launches Monday, October 12, awarding $6,195 in weekly Sunday tournament tickets to its top 10 point earners.

The contest runs Monday through Thursday, with 10 designated tournaments beginning each night between 6:15 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. ET. That creates 40 scoring events per week, all identified by a USA flag in the poker client.

The opening week runs from October 12 through October 15. Tickets will be issued Friday, October 16, for the Sunday, October 18, schedule. Later contests will follow the same weekly cycle, with Friday ticket delivery for the following Sunday.

The rewards give every top-10 finisher entries to eight featured Sunday tournaments. Those events are Sunday Splash, Major Mash up MB, Sunday Moneymaker, Sunday Smash, Mini-Special, Pardy Time PKO, The Encore MB and Curtain Call MB.

Finishing position determines which additional tickets a player receives. First place earns a $1,294 bundle for all 10 featured events, including the $630 Sunday HR and $215 Sunday Special. Second through fifth place receive $664 each, covering the featured lineup except the Sunday HR.

Players in sixth through 10th place receive $449 in tickets each. Their bundles cover the same eight-event lineup, excluding both the Sunday HR and Sunday Special. The featured Sunday tournaments start between 10:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. ET.

Only accounts registered in the United States can earn leaderboard placement and rewards.

Winners must register themselves for the specified Sunday tournaments. Each ticket is valid for the first Sunday after the contest ends and expires at midnight ET that day; unused tickets cannot be carried into another week.

Players can consult the USA Weekly Leaderboard promotion page for more information.
