One Free Telegram Ticket, One $14,384.42 Finish for Americas Cardroom Player

For Americas Cardroom player ANDREWNEIDING1, a free Telegram ticket became the first step in a run that ended with a $14,384.42 payday in the $33 OSSXL #339H Sunday Smash - $100,000 GTD on Sunday, September 27.

The route was not direct. The ticket provided entry to a 100-seat guaranteed satellite for the Sunday Smash, and ANDREWNEIDING1 had to win his way through that qualifier before taking a seat in the $33 tournament.

Once there, the Sunday Smash closed with a $106,800 prize pool, surpassing the $100,000 guarantee. ANDREWNEIDING1 reached the final stages, where a deal was made, and collected $14,384.42.

That progression - free ticket, satellite qualification, Sunday Smash seat and five-figure finish - is what makes the result notable. The initial reward opened the door, but every step after that was earned at the tables.

The Telegram channel behind the original ticket launched less than a year ago and had grown to 9,400 members at press time. It is used to share promotions, tournament news, events, giveaways and rewards with players in a direct format.

It has also become a place for channel-specific opportunities. Past giveaways and rewards have included cash, tournament tickets, satellite entries and SPINZ tickets, with tens of thousands of dollars in value distributed through the community.

For players following a busy online poker calendar, that can make the channel useful even when the reward is smaller than ANDREWNEIDING1’s eventual result. Satellites can appear, promotions can change and limited-time giveaways can end quickly.

In this case, the timing worked. ANDREWNEIDING1 saw the free ticket opportunity, converted it into a Sunday Smash seat and then finished the job with a share of the tournament’s $106,800 prize pool.

Players can keep up with new opportunities through the official Telegram channel and follow current promotions, tournament news, giveaways and player rewards.
