The renewal of the Alfa Romeo line-up is underway, with the aim of offering each customer a car coming ever closer to their way of being, driving, and experiencing mobility. In a market where customization and the ability to respond to different needs are becoming increasingly important, the Junior, Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio are each updated while respecting their own identity. Versions, powertrains, colors, materials and features enrich the offering and leave more room for individual preferences, while maintaining the brand’s most authentic values: Italian design, innovation, driving dynamics, and specific Alfa Romeo technical solutions. The result is an updated, even more interdisciplinary proposal, to address different audiences without sacrificing the unmistakable DNA of the Biscione brand.
Alfa Romeo Junior: new interior and new 19" wheels for an even broader, more personal line-up
Alfa Romeo has updated the Junior, above all with new interiors featuring superior perceived quality, characterization of the fittings, and greater possibilities for customization. The clearest change is in the passenger compartment, where the entire line-up debuts new door panels with a more sophisticated design with contrasting stitching and soft-touch upholstery, new seats made with more refined materials, new visuals, and new finishes for the dashboard and central tunnel. A transformation that also contributes to further differentiation of the model’s range of spirits: Junior and Sprint adopt the new Icona interior with premium black fabric seats, the Biscione-brand logo on the backrest and contrasting grey stitching, and black Scuba upholstery for the dashboard, tunnel, and door panels.
Ti and Veloce offer the new Carbon interior as standard, with seats in black Scuba and premium electro-welded fabric with red accents, new upholstery in new Microcloud material for the dashboard, tunnel and door panels, and contrasting red stitching. The iconic black Sabelt Alcantara interior with red accents and exclusive Alcantara upholstery on the dashboard, tunnel, armrest and door panels are available on demand, to kit out the Junior’s interior with even more Alfa Romeo DNA and a sporty, exciting look. At the top of the range, the Edizione Luna Rossa features exclusive seats in black Scuba and gray premium 3D Knit fabric with Luna Rossa logos on the front backrests, and Scuba upholstery with specific visuals on the dashboard and central tunnel.
The offering is currently structured into the Junior, Sprint, Ti and Veloce versions, plus the Edizione Luna Rossa special series, breathing life into a pathway that apportions differing characters to the model’s various spirits. According to this approach, Sprint interprets the more dynamic, technological side of Junior, with its specifications enriched even further to stand out within the segment. These include navigation, passive entry, Adaptive Cruise Control, rear-view camera, front, rear and side parking sensors, Wireless Charging Pad, and Blind Spot Monitoring. A further upgrade with the Ti version, which adds further elements of style, comfort and refinement: gloss black body kit, new Ti logo on the fenders, multicolored ambient light, new premium Carbon interior, heated front seats, and six-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, complete with electric lumbar support and massage function. Finally, the progression leads to Junior Veloce, the epitome of the line-up’s sportiness, available in the 280-hp (207-kW) Electric configuration. Emphasizing its character are the 20" wheels, two-tone paint with black roof, matt Diabolik Black body kit and accents in Rosso Brera, Progresso Badge, and red brake calipers, plus technical specifications such as suspension lowered by 25 mm, Alcon sports braking system, Torsen self-locking differential, and anti-roll bars with dedicated calibration. At the same time, the options to build the Junior the way the customer wants are growing. The standout new features include new 19" wheels, with a characteristic four-hole style, matte paint, and diamond-cut finish, distinguished by a larger diameter and a greater tread width (+10 mm), with 225/45 R19 tires for even more dynamic, sporty road behavior. The range of wheels is also completed by the new 18" three-hole wheels with gray paint. Overall, the model offers a class-leading offering with seven different wheel designs from 17" to 20" and seven colors, including the new Edizione Luna Rossa Grey, reserved for the eponymous special series. The Junior Edizione Luna Rossa stands as the most exclusive interpretation in the line-up, with dedicated livery on the sides, 18" Gloss Black diamond-cut wheels, Gloss Black Progresso Badge, red Alfa Romeo logos, and a specific characterization, including in the interior. Rounding off such an extensive offering, one of Junior’s main strengths: the most comprehensive powertrain offering in any Premium B-SUV, with 100% electric, front-wheel drive hybrid, and Q4 hybrid. Specifically, the Junior, Sprint and Ti are available with the 145-hp 1.2 Ibrida, 145-hp 1.2 Q4 Ibrida with all-wheel drive, and 156-hp (115-kW) Elettrica; the same alternatives are provided for the Edizione Luna Rossa, with the 280-hp Elettrica in the Veloce. A wide range of powertrains to respond to varying mobility needs, while maintaining the focus on the Alfa Romeo character.
Alfa Romeo Tonale: a response to every requirement
Tonale also makes a strength of the variety of its offering, with an extensive line-up for each customer to find their own interpretation of the Biscione brand’s Premium C-SUV. From the Tonale, Sprint, Ti and Veloce versions to the exclusive Edizione Luna Rossa, the proposal combines different levels of style, comfort, technology, and sportiness. The Tonale version represents the entry point, with full specifications even so, including 3+3 Full LED light signature, 12.3" digital instrument panel, 10.25" Alfa Connect, and numerous driver assistance systems. On this basis, Sprint accentuates style and perceived quality with Gloss Black Body Kit, 18" wheels, aluminum details, and multicolored ambient lighting, while Ti focuses on elegance and comfort through black or red leather interiors, electrically adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats, and heated steering wheel. The progression continues to the Tonale Veloce, the sportiest expression in the line-up, with 19" wheels, Full LED Matrix headlights, red Brembo calipers, black Alcantara seats with red accents, and Dual Stage Valve (DSV) electronic suspension, developed to enhance its dynamic behavior even further. The versions’ varying personalities are accompanied by a great freedom of customization: Tonale offers ten colors – including two-tone, seven wheel designs from 17" to 20" and five different interior proposals, from black and Scuba fabric, black or red Cannelloni ribbed-weave leather, to Alcantara. The colors, materials and finishes thus provide the option to build a more elegant or sportier car the way the customer wishes. The epitome of this philosophy is the Tonale Edizione Luna Rossa special series, which brings to the car the distinctive codes of partnership with the world of high-performance sailing. The exterior’s standout features include new specific 20" Gloss Black diamond-cut wheels, gloss black body kit with Dark Miron accents, dedicated livery on the sides, red Brembo calipers, and red Alfa Romeo logos, while the interior boasts 3D Knit seats and multicolored ambient lighting with sailing-inspired visuals. Freedom of choice also covers the powertrains, with a multi-energy line-up to respond to a range of mobility needs. The all-Italian, Alfa Romeo-specific powertrain line-up includes the 175-hp 1.5 Hybrid four-cylinder with DCT7 gearbox, 130-hp 1.6 Diesel with DCT6, and 270-hp Q4 Plug-In Hybrid, which combine electrification and all-wheel drive. Varying technologies united by the desire to preserve the model’s character through specific Alfa Romeo solutions, such as Q4 traction and DSV electronic suspension.
Giulia and Stelvio, updates to the essence of Alfa Romeo
Giulia and Stelvio continue their journey while preserving the traits that have built their identity: two models revolving around the focus on the driver and a precise idea of driving dynamics, in which Italian design, balance, lightness and specific technical solutions combine to create an authentically Alfa Romeo experience. The line-up continues to be structured into the Sprint, Veloce, Edizione Luna Rossa and Quadrifoglio versions, each with its own characterization. The powertrain offering in Europe has been confirmed, with the 160-hp 2.2 turbodiesel, paired with 8-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, and the 210-hp 2.2 turbodiesel with Q4 all-wheel drive. In the UK and other Regions, the 280-hp 2.0 GME petrol engine paired with 8-speed automatic transmission remains available. The top of the range is still the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio, both powered by the 520-hp 2.9 V6 Bi-Turbo, with rear-wheel drive for Giulia and Q4 all-wheel drive for Stelvio. In terms of technology, both models offer the 12.3" digital ‘telescope’ instrument panel, 8.8" Alfa Connect Navi with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Adaptive Cruise Control, rear-view camera, Wireless Charger, and numerous driver assistance systems. Alongside these specifications are adjustments to comply with the latest regulations, with new software and a camera for driver monitoring integrated into the A-pillar. Even the sportiest spirits remain fully differentiated. Veloce emphasizes dynamism with its red Brembo calipers, leather sports seats, and aluminum paddles, with 19" wheels on the Giulia, 20" on the Stelvio.
The Edizione Luna Rossa is distinguished by its extensive use of carbon fiber, dedicated logos and premium interiors, embellished with ECONYL fabric in regenerated nylon, partly produced from fishing nets recovered from the seabed. Plus two exclusive specifications: Harman Kardon Hi-Fi system and electronically controlled suspension.
Conversely, Quadrifoglio continues to stand as the epitome of Biscione-brand performance, thanks to solutions such as Alfa Chassis Domain Control, Alfa active suspension, mechanical self-locking differential, and extensive use of carbon fiber. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio also comes with 21" wheels as standard, replacing the previous 20". Rounding off the update are the new black and white Alfa Romeo emblems on the bonnet and tailgate, with Anodized Blue now also available among the colors.
Worth a final mention, Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio customers receive a welcome kit that includes a voucher to participate in a one-day driving course at the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy. The experience is also open to all Alfa Romeo customers, who can purchase a driving course at special rates directly via the configurator or by contacting the dealer network.
