Nebex and Thrusters Unlimited Partner to Structure and Execute Sovereign Space Programs, Beginning in Latin America
The two companies formalise their collaboration under a signed Framework Agreement, beginning with $700M in initial sovereign space programs in Latin America.
[New York and Mexico City, 5 October 2026] — Nebex, the commercial exchange infrastructure for the global space economy, and Thrusters Unlimited today announced a partnership to structure and execute sovereign space programs, beginning in Latin America.
Under a signed Framework Agreement, the two companies will orchestrate complex sovereign space transactions end to end. Thrusters Unlimited brings local industrial and stakeholder capability. Nebex provides the transaction structuring, capital alignment, and execution infrastructure that turn national space ambitions into deliverable programs.
The companies have begun structuring $700 million in initial sovereign space program, spanning Earth observation, telecommunications and other strategic space capabilities. Nebex and Thrusters Unlimited will work together to structure these programs for execution, aligning procurement, industrial participation and capital around each transaction.
The partnership pairs two capabilities the sovereign space market rarely finds together. Governments across emerging space nations are committing to earth observation, telecommunications, and national capability programs. Sovereign space programs increasingly require the coordination of government demand, industrial supply, capital, procurement requirements and national industrial priorities. The collaboration is designed to bring those elements into a single executable transaction structure.
“Sovereign space programs succeed or fail on executability, not ambition. Thrusters Unlimited understands the ground in Latin America. Together we give governments a credible path from intent to program, structured around the capital, procurement and industrial requirements needed for execution,” said Tejpaul Bhatia, CEO of Nebex.
“The region is ready to move on serious space programs. Working with Nebex gives our partners the structuring and execution infrastructure these programs demand, on terms governments can stand behind,” said Benjamín Najar Jr., Founder & CEO of Thrusters Unlimited.
