ACR Poker Adds Progressive Mystery Bounties in October 1 Software Update

ACR Poker has launched a broad client update that adds Progressive Mystery Bounty tournaments while giving players more control over table reactions, more ways to use Staking Tickets and a more consistent mobile-table experience across game formats.

Progressive Mystery Bounty is a new tournament-format addition in the release. Bounty play remains locked throughout Day 1, so opening flights do not award bounties. After every Day 1 flight is complete, the bounty pool is randomly distributed across the players who have advanced to Day 2.

Once Day 2 eliminations begin, the progressive mechanics take over. Half of an eliminated player’s bounty is paid immediately to the player making the elimination, while the other half is added to that player’s own bounty. A mystery bounty animation reveals the award, and events using the format can be found under the Mystery Bounty lobby filter.

At the tables, the Emoji Gallery now separates reactions into Mild (PG) and Wild (R) collections. Wild adds more aggressive reactions and throwables, but each player’s choice applies only to that player’s own screen. That means the same reaction can appear differently to players using different settings. Anyone who prefers a table without emojis can turn them off under Settings, Playing Experience, Gameplay.

The October 1 release also extends Staking Tickets to SPINZ at $0.25, $1, $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100 buy-in levels. Eligible backers can set a staking percentage before sending an offer, which expires after 30 days by default. Purchasing and sending remain limited to select users during the beta, while anyone can receive tickets.

On mobile, the refreshed table design first used for SPINZ now covers cash games, Blitz, tournaments, Sit & Go’s, On Demand games and multi-day tournaments. Additional changes include a siren-marked lobby group for selected events where entries may not cover the advertised guarantee, an updated American flag promotional badge, and fixes to displayed side-pot information and certain multi-day tournament prize-pool totals.

Players can explore the emoji controls in the Emoji Gallery, locate Progressive Mystery Bounty events through the Mystery Bounty filter and check the client for current availability of Staking Tickets and the other updated features.
