Americas Cardroom Brings NLH and PLO Venom PKOs This Sunday

Americas Cardroom players will have two Venom PKO events to choose from beginning this Sunday with Day 1A. Starting October 4 at 1:05 p.m. ET, the Dual Venom PKOs feature a $5 million No-Limit Hold’em guarantee and a $1.5 million Pot-Limit Omaha guarantee.

The two tournaments share a $2,650 buy-in and the same Day 1 schedule. Players can choose among opening flights on October 4, 8, 11, 15 and 18, each beginning at 1:05 p.m. ET. Both events move to Day 2 on Monday, October 19, with final tables set for Wednesday, October 21.

For Omaha players, the $1.5 million event ties the largest PLO PKO guarantee in Americas Cardroom history. The NLH tournament accounts for the other $5 million of the combined $6.5 million guaranteed.

Bounties give players another source of winnings as they pursue tournament prize money. Eliminating opponents earns bounty rewards, and individual NLH bounties can climb to tens of thousands of dollars.

Venom Fever offers several qualification routes. Already running and continuing through October 18, the satellite promotion includes Direct Satellites, Mega Satellites and Survivor Flips Step Satellites. Mega Satellite paths begin at $0, while Survivor Flips Step Satellites start at $0.80.

Sunday’s action also extends to a separate ladies-only event. The Ladies Online Championship begins October 4 at 2:05 p.m. ET, an hour after the Venom opening flights. It offers $25,000 guaranteed for a $215 buy-in, with a championship trophy awarded to the winner.

Players looking to qualify for the Ladies championship have two satellites earlier that day. A $22 Turbo begins at 11:05 a.m. ET and guarantees five seats. A $21 Hyper follows at 12:30 p.m. ET with another five seats guaranteed.

Players can view the promotion page for added information on the Dual Venom PKOs.
