Rhodia completes sale of its stake in Nylstar

Rhodia announces the completion of the sale of its 50% stake in Nylstar to a third party agent acting on behalf of a consortium of Nylstar’s credit banks on May 14, 2007. SNIA, Rhodia’s partner in this joint venture, has also completed the sale of its 50% stake.
This sale forms part of the financial restructuring of Nylstar.
