TURIN, 25 SEPTEMBER 2026. More than a century of Italian automotive history comes together at Festival Car 2026 with Alfa Romeo, FIAT, Lancia and Maserati, the four Italian brands with which Stellantis is taking part as Main Partner of the International Concours d’Elegance. This collective presence, rich in symbolic value, brings together models that have defined different eras, design icons, racing thoroughbreds and contemporary creations, tracing the evolution of Italian automotive excellence. Now in its fifth edition and officially included in the international FIVA calendar, Festival Car will take place over two days this year. On Saturday, 26 September, the grounds of Castello Cavour in Santena will welcome more than 200 collector cars, while on Sunday, 27 September, the traditional Tour d’Elegance will take crews from Santena to the charming village of Revigliasco Torinese. For the occasion, the village will be transformed into a large open-air museum, with around 90 cars competing in the concours. The participation of Alfa Romeo, FIAT, Lancia and Maserati therefore goes beyond the presence of the individual brands, becoming an immersive journey through the great history of the Italian automobile, shaped by creativity, expertise and industrial culture. These qualities have their deepest roots in this region and continue to provide fresh inspiration for imagining the mobility of tomorrow.

Lancia’s first 120 years: elegance and sporting spirit
Lancia will take centre stage in the year of its 120th anniversary. Festival Car 2026 pays tribute to the brand’s extraordinary history from the very first glance, through the official poster created by the Pininfarina Design Centre and dedicated to the theme of “Gran Turismo”. The artwork depicts three genuine milestones from the prestigious Heritage Hub collection: the 1931 Lancia Artena, the 1951 Aurelia B20 GT and the 1955 Aurelia B24, two of which will also be present at the event. These three cars transcend time and embody the unmistakable combination of elegance and innovation that has defined Lancia since its origins. Alongside them, visitors will be able to admire the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF, representing the brand’s new racing era, while the concours will bring together some of the most significant sports cars in Lancia history: from the Lambda Casaro Corsa of the 1000 Miglia and the Flavia Sport Zagato to the legendary 037, Stratos and Delta HF Integrale Club Italia. Completing the narrative will be the Beta 190, the Appia GTE Zagato from the National Automobile Museum and the Lancia Kayak prototype from the ASI-Bertone Collection, which returned to Turin last April and was welcomed by the Heritage Hub. Its return restored an important piece of the city’s industrial and stylistic heritage, further enriching Stellantis’ collection of more than 300 vehicles from the Italian brands. Lancia’s 120th anniversary will also be the focus of talks scheduled for Saturday at Castello Cavour. At 2:30 p.m., Luciano D’Ambrosio will explore the values of the “Turin school” and the story behind the Lancia Kayak, while from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Miki Biasion, a two-time World Rally Champion with Lancia, will meet the public for a talk entitled “The dream of the two-door Delta”.

FIAT, a timeless vision of urban mobility
At Festival Car 2026, FIAT will create an evocative bridge between the past and future of Italian urban mobility, bringing together two vehicles that share the same name but were created almost ninety years apart. On Saturday, at Castello Cavour in Santena, the new Topolino Sport will be displayed alongside the legendary Fiat 500, affectionately nicknamed “Topolino”, as it celebrates its first 90 years. This encounter between generations illustrates the evolution of a philosophy that has always been based on accessibility, simplicity and the ability to interpret society’s needs. Ninety years after its launch, the Fiat 500 “Topolino” continues to bring together enthusiasts and collectors who recognise its pivotal role in the history of Italian mobility. Its arrival made the automobile accessible to ever broader sections of the population, helping to drive the country’s mass motorisation. FIAT continues to interpret this philosophy through accessible, original models designed around people’s real needs. One example is the new Topolino Sport, a special edition created to connect with a younger audience by drawing inspiration from the brand’s rich heritage, particularly the iconic 1958 Nuova 500 Sport, a symbol of boldness and sporting spirit. The event will also feature the 1934 FIAT 621L “Autoscala” fire engine, on display in the village of Revigliasco on Sunday, and the 1965 Fiat 414 Scall, which will offer visitors a special hill tour experience in partnership with Fondazione Marazzato.

Alfa Romeo celebrates 60 years of the Spider and authentic Italian sporting spirit
At the Turin event, Alfa Romeo will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Spider, one of the world’s most recognisable and beloved Italian cars. All four generations of the “Duetto” Spider will be brought together in Revigliasco, alongside the Pininfarina 2uettottanta concept, which reinterpreted its spirit and proportions in a contemporary key. Unveiled at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show, the Alfa Romeo Spider became an icon of the Biscione brand and of Italian style around the world. Over a career spanning almost thirty years, it evolved through four series, from the unmistakable Pininfarina-designed “osso di seppia” to the successful “coda tronca”, followed by the more aerodynamic third series and the fourth series, which in 1989 returned to the clean lines of the original. Produced until 1994 in more than 124,000 units, it is the longest-running model in Alfa Romeo history. Its international success, particularly in the United States, made it far more than a roadster: it became a symbolic car that embodied Italian elegance, sporting performance and driving pleasure for almost three decades. At Festival Car, visitors will also be able to admire the exclusive Giulia GTAm, the most radical expression of the Biscione’s sporting character, inspired by the legendary 1965 Giulia GTA. Powered by a 540 hp 2.9-litre V6 Bi-Turbo engine, it combines lightness, extreme aerodynamics and solutions derived from motorsport. Produced together with the GTA in a limited series of just 500 numbered examples, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.6 seconds. Alfa Romeo history will also accompany the Tour d’Elegance, which will set off from the grounds of Castello Cavour on Sunday morning in two groups. Escorted by the Italian State Police and accompanied by a 1966 Giulia 1.3 from the Fire Brigade, the tour will pass through Cambiano and Pecetto Torinese before reaching Revigliasco. A historic Alfa Romeo Giulia 1.6 from the Police will also be displayed in the village, bearing witness to the Biscione brand’s longstanding relationship with Italy’s public services.

Maserati, a century of the Trident from track to road
Maserati will also take centre stage at Festival Car. In 2026, the brand celebrates the Year of the Trident, one hundred years after the iconic symbol made its debut on the Tipo 26, the first car to carry it in competition at the 1926 Targa Florio. Two exceptional models will tell the story of this century. The MCPURA Cielo Tributo 1926, a one-off created through the Maserati Fuoriserie personalisation programme, pays tribute to the brand’s sporting origins. Its special Grigio Lamiera Matte livery recalls the Tipo 26 that debuted at the 1926 Targa Florio, while numerous dedicated details celebrate the Trident’s centenary, creating a direct link between Maserati’s first racing car and its contemporary super sports car. Alongside it will be a Maserati 3500 GT convertibile, the model that marked a turning point in the company’s history in the late 1950s by transferring experience gained in competition to road cars and helping establish the Trident in the world of prestigious grand tourers.
