People Magazine Exclusively Announces New Slappy Gift Set, Celebrating 35 Years of Goosebumps

To celebrate 35 years of Goosebumps, People Magazine exclusively revealed that a new Slappy gift set will be available next summer.

The Hide and Scare Slappy gift set, which will be released on July 6, 2027, includes a retro edition of Night of the Living Dummy, a collectible Slappy doll, and a new book Slappy’s Book of Pranks, which includes directions for over 20 different pranks. The doll and books will be packaged in a collectible box, designed to look like Slappy’s house.

“Slappy in every home is a dream of mine come true,” Stine told People. “I can already hear the SCREAMS and LAUGHS.”

Goosebumps is one of the best-selling children’s book series of all-time – with more than 400 million copies sold worldwide. A global megabrand and pop culture phenomenon, Goosebumps has inspired two feature films, television series, video games, consumer products, and more.
