Three OSS XL Main Events Run Flights This Sunday at Americas Cardroom

Americas Cardroom’s OSS XL schedule this Sunday, September 20, brings an opening flight for two Main Events and a final one for a third. The $2,650 and $1,050 editions begin with Day 1A, while the $66 Main Event returns for Day 1B, its second and last starting flight.

Those three events account for $5 million in combined guarantees. The $2,650 Main Event carries a $2.5 million guarantee, the $1,050 event offers $2 million and the $66 edition guarantees $500,000.

Satellites for the $500K Main Event begin at $6.60. Advancing players from this Sunday’s flight will then compete on Day 2 on Sunday, September 27.

September 27 serves a different purpose for the two higher buy-in Main Events: both hold Day 1B that Sunday. Their Day 2 follows Monday, September 28, with final tables Tuesday, September 29.

There is also a broader tournament schedule this Sunday beyond those starting flights. OSS XL #215 is a $630 High Roller with $750,000 guaranteed. The $215 OSS XL #216 and the $630 OSS XL #213H High Roller each offer $250,000 guarantees.

Two $2,650 events add further options at higher stakes. Mini Phil’s Thrill #219 guarantees $250,000, and Mini Phil’s Thrill PLO #220 carries a $200,000 guarantee. For smaller buy-ins, Sunday Splash costs $16.50 with $75,000 guaranteed, while Sunday Smash costs $27.50 with $100,000 guaranteed.

The series also continues its OSS XL Leaderboard Competition, offering more than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets. Its High, Medium and Low divisions pay $15,000, $7,500 and $4,000, respectively, for first place.

The next stage of high-stakes action begins this Monday. Second Mortgage Week runs from September 21–28, with 10 Nosebleed Stakes events spread across five playing days. Buy-ins range from $5,200 to $25,500, and Americas Cardroom Pros Chris Moneymaker and Alex Foxen and CEO Phil Nagy are expected to compete.
