Huawei Software leveraged its intelligent O&M technology foundation and extensive experience in operating complex application systems, providing support in AI engineering, production-grade architecture, security and controllability, and data governance. Together, the two parties have driven the intelligent agents beyond simply “analyzing” problems toward collaboration and execution. “Our cooperation with Huawei is not based on the traditional model of defining requirements and then delivering development. Instead, we work together to co-create solutions and rapidly close the loop,” Qiang Fu emphasized. This joint innovation model enables the intelligent agents to be continuously validated and optimized in real production environments. “Unlike traditional AIOps, which relies on fixed architectures, fixed knowledge and fixed capabilities, the Lewei Intelligent Software O&M Agents further enables architecture adaptability and capability self-evolution,” Qiang Fu noted. Through ongoing validation, iteration and enhancement in production environments, it is evolving from simply adapting to current requirements toward continuous evolution.

In real production environments, the intelligent agent collaboration mechanism of “perception–analysis–decision–execution” has enabled 100% end-to-end observability, reduced the average time required to locate core incidents to less than five minutes, and lowered MTTR by 60%, steadily advancing toward the industry-leading “1-5-10” O&M target: detect within 1 minute, locate within 5 minutes, and recover within 10 minutes. At the same time, intelligent agents take over large volumes of high-frequency data analysis and diagnostic tasks, freeing O&M experts from repetitive work and allowing them to focus more on complex decision-making, business health operations and system architecture evolution. This is driving deeper integration across O&M, development and business teams, breaking down the barriers between AI-Native development and O&M, and enabling a shift from “human-machine division of labor” to an integrated AI-Native development and O&M model. Ultimately, this accelerates agile business iteration and the realization of business value.
