Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) is expanding its presence in Central and Eastern Europe with new memorandums of agreement (MOUs) designed to provide NATO allies with advanced, modernized defense capabilities. Announced during the MSPO International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, Poland, these efforts align Northrop Grumman’s leading technologies with regional priorities and industrial capacity to help strengthen deterrence and defense across the alliance.

Key elements of Northrop Grumman’s expanded regional engagement include:

• New Industrial Collaborations in Estonia: Two new MOUs with Estonian firms Go Craft, for defense system integration, and DefSecIntel, for specialized mast fabrication and production to enable defense systems, will support the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), a proven, fielded command and fire control platform currently operational with the U.S. Army and Poland. These MOUs advance IBCS as the preferred European command and control solution.
  
  
• Strengthening Weapons Production and Land Domain Capabilities: Northrop Grumman’s Bushmaster® family of Chain Guns is a key component on Polish Rosomak and Borsuk vehicles, providing essential medium-caliber firepower for Polish Armed Forces. The company is deepening its strategic collaboration with Polish vehicle manufacturer Huta Stalowa Wola for technology transfer, service and support of Bushmaster cannons to help meet growing demand for reliable medium-caliber firepower.
  
  
• Enhancing Maritime and Air Surveillance with the E-2D: Supporting integrated air and missile defense missions, the Northrop Grumman E-2D Advanced Hawkeye airborne command and control aircraft provides decision dominance, battlespace awareness, and early warning for U.S. and allied forces. Northrop Grumman continues dialogue with Poland to support adoption, training, and industrial collaboration for this vital airborne command and control platform.
  
  
• Countering Complex Aerial Threats with Raid Hunter™: Engineered to defend against UAS, drone swarms and cruise missiles, Northrop Grumman’s Raid Hunter™ closes critical gaps in short-range air defense. Its interoperable, system controller architecture and guided, 50mm interceptors deliver high-capacity, cost-effective protection that complements layered missile defenses. Raid Hunter vastly improves survivability against swarm tactics and low-cost, short-range threats while reinforcing longer-range missile defenses.
