Oracle Announces $10,000 Grant to Support Sun City Football Club

Santa Teresa, New Mexico and Austin, Texas – WEBWIRE

Oracle today announced a $10,000 grant to Sun City Football Club to help expand access to youth soccer for local families in southern New Mexico.

The funding will support the purchase of uniforms, tournament participation, and other program-related costs, helping reduce barriers for young athletes and their families. Through the grant, Sun City Football Club will be able to help more players participate, develop their skills, and benefit from the teamwork, confidence, and sense of belonging that sports can provide.

“Sports give young people an opportunity to grow, build confidence, and form connections with their teammates and community,” said Colleen Cassity, global head of Social Impact, Oracle. “We are proud to support Sun City Football Club and help create more opportunities for local children and families.”

Sun City Football Club provides young athletes with opportunities to learn the game, compete in tournaments, and develop important life skills on and off the field. The organization’s work reflects the strong community spirit that makes southern New Mexico a special place to live and raise a family.

“This support will make a meaningful difference for our players and their families,” said Sun City Football Club. “Oracle’s grant will help ensure more young people can continue pursuing their love of the game.” Oracle’s support for Sun City Football Club is part of a broader investment in communities across Doña Ana County and New Mexico. Through Project Jupiter, Oracle is partnering with local organizations that expand opportunity and support individuals, young people, and families through education, youth programs and food access.
