David Pinkston Returns to MIBF 2026 for Second Book Signing

Reading Glass Books welcomes David Pinkston for his second book-signing appearance at the Manila International Book Fair, taking place on September 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Reading Glass Books’ Booth 2-102 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

A former member of the U.S. Army’s 10th Special Forces, a longtime technology professional and a Bible scholar, Pinkston has independently studied the King James Bible since beginning his Christian journey in 1993. His decades of research inspired two books that invite readers to reconsider traditional interpretations and examine Scripture with renewed curiosity.

“To Open One’s Eyes” examines creation, the Trinity, Jesus Christ, biblical prophecy, the seventieth week, and the prince of the world. Written for believers, scholars, skeptics, and spiritual seekers, the book explores passages that have been overlooked, misunderstood, or left untaught.

“The Untold Story of Satan’s Seed” explores how deception entered the early church through imitation and gradually shaped Christian teachings. Through Scripture-centered discussion, the book encourages believers to question inherited doctrine, test religious claims against the Word of God, and return to Christ as the foundation of faith.

Pinkston’s return gives fairgoers another opportunity to meet the author, discuss the biblical questions behind his work, and have copies of both books personally signed.

The Manila International Book Fair is the Philippines’ longest-running and largest literary event, bringing together readers, authors, publishers, educators, and creative professionals in a celebration of literacy, learning, and diverse storytelling.
