Bullard is a service-connected veteran with many years of experience in radiology. His academic background includes an associate degree in radiologic science from George Washington University, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and leadership from National Louis University, a second bachelor’s degree in advanced radiologic studies from Weber State University, and an associate degree in theology. He later worked as a Radiology Practitioner Assistant at a clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Andre, and they have four adult children.
