Versatile midfielder Barco arrived from Strasbourg, signing a contract until 2033. He has previous experience of English football with Brighton.

Maxence LacroixLacroix made the short journey from Crystal Palace to Chelsea towards the end of July, fresh from his involvement for France at the 2026 World Cup. Lacroix’s deal lasts until 2032.
Emiliano MartinezChelsea managed to secure the services of one of the best goalkeepers in the world when they signed the 2022 World Cup winner from Aston Villa on a contract which will run until 2029.
Marco PalestraThe Italian international became our first signing of the summer when he joined on a permanent deal from Atalanta at the start of July. Palestra signed a contract through to 2033.
Geovany QuendaThe winger’s move to Chelsea was first confirmed in March 2025, before officially completing his move from Sporting Lisbon this summer. The Portuguese teenager signed a contract until 2034.

Dastan SatpayevDastan Satpayev completed a transfer to Chelsea after his 18th birthday, having been a part of our pre-season tour in Australia and Asia. He subsequently joined Burnley on loan.

Alfie OsborneOsborne, 18, joined from Hearts in Scotland and put pen to paper on a contract with the Blues until 2030.
Chelsea new contracts - Summer 2026Toby BellToby Bell signed his first professional contract. The goalkeeper made his Under-18 debut in November 2024 and has represented England throughout his development pathway.
Jesse DerryThe young winger commited his long-term future to Chelsea by signing a new contract until 2032, shortly before agreeing a loan switch to swap London for Lisbon in the 2026/27 season with a spell at Sporting.

Sol GordonAcademy attacker Sol Gordon signed a new contract until 2029. Having joined Chelsea’s development centre at Under-8 level, Gordon has progressed through the Academy ranks to become a regular for our Under-18s and has also featured for the Blues’ Under-21s.
Jashayde GreenwoodAcademy striker Jashayde Greenwood signed his first professional contract with the club following his 17th birthday and after a successful maiden campaign at Chelsea.
Ollie HarrisonHarrison, an Academy midfielder who established himself as a regular for our Under-21s last season as we lifted the Premier League 2 title, signed a new contract until 2029. He later joined Wimbledon on loan.
Charlie HollandOur midfielder signed his first professional contract with the Blues following his 17th birthday. He has been with our Academy since Under-8s level.
Justin OsagieAcademy defender Osagie signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2029. He established himself as an important member of our Under-21 side last season.

Ahead of the campaign starting, Joao Pedro signed a new contract with Chelsea until 2034. The Brazilian netted 20 goals in his debut season at the Bridge and was voted our Player of the Year.
Before joining Dulwich Hamlet on loan, Academy goalkeeper Sands signed a new three-year contract.
Dante WaiteAfter captaining Chelsea Under-18s to victory in the Under-18 Premier League national final in 2026, the centre-back signed his first professional contract with the Blues.
Chelsea loans - Summer 2026Genesis AntwiThe 19-year-old Academy player embarked on his first loan in August 2026, joining Ligue 1 side Strasbourg for the forthcoming campaign.
Benoit BadiashileThe defender, who has played 71 times for the Blues, joined Napoli on loan for the season.
Axel DisasiDisasi has joined fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace for this season, having spent the second half of last term with West Ham United.
Alejandro GarnachoThe Argentina international joined Aston Villa on loan for 2026/27 having scored eight goals in 43 appearances in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Ollie HarrisonAcademy midfielder Harrison signed for League One side AFC Wimbledon for the season, embarking on his maiden loan away from the Bridge.

Mamadou SarrThe defender will spend this season in Spain, after joining Real Sociedad on loan. He has made seven appearances for Chelsea since arriving from Strasbourg.

Jeremiah Berkeley-AgyepongThe teenager came through the ranks at the Chelsea Academy from Under-8s level and featured for our Under-18s in pre-season. He has now joined Reading.
Trevoh ChalobahChalobah completed a permanent transfer to Como in August, bringing his time as a Chelsea player to an end after nearly two decades with the Blues. He won four trophies, having established himself in our first team ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

Marc CucurellaThe Spaniard left for Real Madrid after four successful seasons at Stamford Bridge during which he won the Club World Cup and the UEFA Conference League, as well as helping Spain triumph in the 2024 Euros.
Liam DelapDelap departed for Nottingham Forest after 14 months with Chelsea. The striker played 41 times for the Blues, including six of our seven games during last summer’s victorious FIFA Club World Cup campaign.
David FofanaThe Chelsea striker has joined Swiss club Servette on a permanent deal. Fofana signed for the Blues from Molde in January 2023, scoring 17 goals and providing three assists during his time at the Bridge and on loan.
Tyrique GeorgeThe winger made his loan move to Everton permanent this summer, departing Chelsea after progressing through our Academy and making 37 appearances for the senior team.
Brodi HughesThe versatile defender spent 13 years in our Academy having joined as an Under-8. He was released at the end of the 2025/26 season, which he spent on loan at AFC Wimbledon.
Nicolas JacksonThe Senegal striker completed a permanent transfer to fellow Premier League side Aston Villa. Jackson was part of the Chelsea squads that won the Conference League and Club World Cup, scoring against Real Betis in the final of the former.
Omari KellymanThe attacking midfielder made a permanent move to France with Ligue 1 club Strasbourg, after spending last season on loan with Cardiff City, where he helped them earn promotion to the Championship.
Jimmy-Jay MorganThe Academy forward completed a permanent move to Championship side West Bromwich Albion after impressing on loan at Peterborough last season. Morgan had returned to Chelsea, where he spent time in our Academy as a youngster, in February 2023.
Richard OliseOlise also moved on after a decade with the club. Signed by Chelsea as an Under-9, Olise featured throughout the age groups in our Academy and was named in the first-team squad for our UEFA Conference League trip to Astana during the 2024/25 season.
Frankie RunhamRunham sealed a permanent switch to Ipswich Town having spent the second half of last season on loan with the Tractor Boys. The move brought the attacking midfielder’s long association with Chelsea to an end.
Sam Rak-SakyiRak-Sakyi made four first-team appearances, all in our triumphant Conference League campaign, having developed through our Academy. The midfield was released at the expiry of his contract.
Andrey SantosThe midfielder made 47 appearances for Chelsea and became a full Brazil international during his three years as a Blue. He has now completed a permanent transfer to Manchester United.

Joseph Wheeler-HenryThe young defender spent the second half of last season on loan at Brentford, featuring mainly for their reserve side, and made that switch permanent over the summer.
