Three Main Events Headline Americas Cardroom’s $50M+ OSS XL

Americas Cardroom is scaling up its September tournament calendar with the Online Super Series XL, a 336-event series carrying more than $50 million in guarantees from Sept. 6-29.

The schedule is built around three Main Events with $5 million combined guaranteed. At the top are a $2.5 million guaranteed event with a $2,650 buy-in and a $2 million guaranteed event with a $1,050 buy-in.

Those two tournaments share the same schedule. Day 1A runs Sept. 20, Day 1B follows Sept. 27, Day 2 is scheduled for Sept. 28 and the final tables take place Sept. 29.

A lower buy-in Main Event creates another route into the series’ closing stretch. The $66 tournament guarantees $500,000, with Day 1 flights on Sept. 13 and Sept. 20 before Day 2 on Sept. 27. Players can also enter through $6.60 satellites.

Away from the Main Events, four major multi-flight tournaments combine for $2.225 million guaranteed. A $630 buy-in event guarantees $1.5 million and runs Day 1 flights throughout Sept. 6-28. The remaining three use the Mystery Bounty format, pairing guarantees of $500,000, $150,000 and $75,000 with respective buy-ins of $109, $33 and $5.50.

The $109 Mystery Bounty reaches Day 2 on Sept. 21. The $33 and $5.50 events continue their flights through Sept. 27, when both move to Day 2.

The series shifts to its highest buy-ins from Sept. 21-28. That period features 10 Nosebleed Stakes tournaments ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 to enter.

Results across the schedule will also feed a three-tiered Leaderboard Competition. More than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets will be distributed across High, Medium and Low buy-in levels, with first-place awards of $15,000, $7,500 and $4,000, respectively.

The Beast adds another qualification path by awarding OSS XL seats during September, including $1,050 and $2,650 tournament tickets.
