Saturday Bonus Flight Adds a New Route Into Americas Cardroom’s Dual Venoms

Americas Cardroom is giving players an additional route into the $15 Million Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms with a new Saturday Bonus Flight on Aug. 29.

The late schedule addition comes as the parallel No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments enter their final week. The Bonus Flight begins at 12:05 p.m. ET in each event, with a $2,650 buy-in.

It creates a three-flight closing run. Players can enter Day 1G on Thursday, Aug. 27, return for the new Saturday opportunity, or play the final scheduled Day 1 on Sunday, Aug. 30. All three start at 12:05 p.m. ET.

The $12 Million guaranteed NLH Venom has attracted 2,738 entries through six flights, with 320 players moving forward. That leaves substantial distance between the field and the guarantee, creating big potential overlay value.

Included in the NLH Day 2 qualifiers so far are Americas Cardroom Pros Ana Marquez, Chris Moneymaker, Chris Moorman, Chance Kornuth and Rob Kuhn.

The $3 Million guaranteed PLO Venom has drawn 713 entries and advanced 83 players over the same period.

Saturday will offer more than the two added starting flights. Americas Cardroom has scheduled $355,000 in guaranteed Venom Specials throughout Aug. 29, adding a supporting slate for players already participating in the closing weekend.

Reaching Day 2 guarantees a payout and opens the Mystery Bounty stage. The biggest available bounty is $500,000 in NLH and $250,000 in PLO, while every bounty carries a minimum value of $5,000.

The format also rewards repeat qualification. A player who advances through multiple Day 1 flights can combine those stacks, providing an opportunity to begin the bounty stage with more chips.

Both tournaments resume Monday, Aug. 31, at 1:05 p.m. ET. NLH continues through Day 3 on Tuesday, Sept. 1, while PLO moves directly toward its final table. Both champions will be decided Wednesday, Sept. 2, with final tables beginning at 4:05 p.m. ET.
