Robert L. Cosby is gerontologist and Policy specialist who serves as Assistant Dean of Administration, Director of the Multidisciplinary Gerontology Center and Associate Professor at Howard University School of Social Work in Washington, DC. “The Promise,” Poems of Reflection, Motivation and Peace Volume 2 is a solo collection of published poems. He is a member of Takoma Park, (MD) Poetry Group and Ascension Church poets. Dr. Cosby resides in Germantown, MD.
