Four Seasons Yachts Introduces The Lanserhof Reset, A Transformative Longevity Experience, During its Inaugural Transatlantic Crossing

A personalized wellness residency aboard Four Seasons I, designed to restore mind, body and soul at sea

Toronto, Canada – WEBWIRE

Today, Four Seasons Yachts announced The Lanserhof Reset, designed to enhance the transatlantic experience aboard Four Seasons I. Developed in collaboration with the longevity experts at Lanserhof, the program offers personalized consultations, restorative treatments, and expert-led wellness experiences throughout the journey.

This first-of-its-kind voyage introduces a new expression of wellbeing at sea, inviting guests to focus on the mind, body and soul through intentional moments of reflection and transformation. Guided by Lanserhof’s signature approach, the residency looks beyond traditional wellness to explore longevity through a deeply personalized lens. From November 8–16, 2026, guests onboard Four Seasons I will benefit from access to diagnostics, expert consultations, and restorative programming.

“From the beginning, our vision for Four Seasons Yachts has been to create experiences that feel distinctly our own, shaped by an intuitive understanding of what our guests value and how they want to spend their time,” says Ben Trodd, CEO, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., Joint Owner and Operator of Four Seasons Yachts. “The Lanserhof Reset reflects that vision, giving guests the opportunity to dedicate uninterrupted time to their wellbeing while at sea. Through personalized programming and expert guidance, we are creating an experience that is deeply restorative, highly individual, and uniquely Four Seasons.”

Designed around the rare luxury of time afforded by a transatlantic crossing, The Lanserhof Reset offers guests an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and immerse themselves in a dedicated longevity program guided by leading wellness experts.

A Personalized Journey to Wellbeing

Beginning with an initial consultation at Four Seasons I’s state-of-the-art medical center, participants will follow an eight-day wellness program tailored to their needs and goals. This includes one-on-one consultations, holistic treatments like craniosacral alignment, fitness and breathwork sessions, sound bath experiences and nutritional guidance, including chlorophyll shots inspired by Lanserhof’s signature Energy Cuisine.

Beyond the dedicated program, wellness experiences inspired by Lanserhof’s expertise will be integrated throughout the voyage, inviting all guests aboard Four Seasons I to engage with the residency. Daily expert-led conversations, holistic wellness classes and thoughtfully curated culinary offerings will be complemented by access to nutritionists, personal trainers, and holistic therapists.

“Bringing the Lanserhof Concept to sea for the first time gives us a unique opportunity to introduce our approach to wellbeing and longevity in an entirely new setting,” says Eva-Maria Hasenauer, Chief Commercial Officer of Lanserhof Group. “The transatlantic crossing creates an extraordinary environment to step away from everyday life, focus on personal health and experience how targeted changes can support greater wellbeing and longevity long after the journey ends.”

Following the debut of Four Seasons Yachts in March 2026, the transatlantic crossing marks an important moment for the brand as Four Seasons I transitions from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean.

Elevated Wellbeing at Sea

The residency will complement the Yacht’s onboard wellness offering, anchored by L’Oceana Spa. Inspired by the restorative power of the sea, the spa draws on natural elements to offer a holistic approach to relaxation and renewal, featuring a hammam and thermal circuit as well as innovations such as cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydrotherapy and advanced recovery treatments to support restoration and longevity.

Four Seasons Yachts is creating a new expression of luxury at sea, bringing the highly personalized service and intuitive care of Four Seasons to the freedom and discovery of yachting. From thoughtfully designed all-suite accommodations to immersive experiences shaped around each journey, Four Seasons I offers a distinctly different way to explore the world.

The Yacht’s inaugural Caribbean season kicks off in November 2026 as the fleet continues to grow and evolve. Bookings for The Lanserhof Reset are available at fourseasonsyachts.com/voyages.
