ASICS Introduces the Rise & Shine™ Collection and Debuts the New Sonicblast™ 2 Shoe

ASICS today unveils the RISE & SHINE™ COLLECTION, inspired by the energy, optimism and mental uplift that come with moving at sunrise. Alongside new sunrise-inspired colourways across some of ASICS’ most iconic running shoes, the collection introduces the new SONICBLAST™ 2 shoe, designed to deliver an even lighter, more energetic and responsive running experience.

Designed to support every type of runner, the RISE & SHINE™ COLLECTION brings together 8 iconic ASICS running shoes, each reimagined in vibrant sunrise-inspired colourways. Rooted in the ritual of early morning movement, the collection celebrates the positive impact that movement can have on both body and mind.

Introducing SONICBLAST™ 2 Shoe

At the heart of the collection is the new SONICBLAST™ 2 shoe, the latest evolution of ASICS’ energetic super trainer, designed to deliver an even lighter, bouncier and more responsive running experience. The new model features a redesigned forked ASTROPLATE™ – a technology unique to the SONICBLAST™ franchise within the BLAST family – allowing FF TURBO™ SQUARED cushioning to extend further through the midsole and into the trampoline pod for enhanced propulsion and a more energetic ride.

Complementing these updates is a dual-foam midsole construction combining FF TURBO™ SQUARED cushioning and FF BLAST™ MAX foam, delivering an energetic toe-off and highly responsive ride. A new engineered mesh upper enhances breathability and comfort, while the overall design is approximately 14 grams lighter than its predecessor, helping runners experience a lighter and more dynamic ride. *
