ACR Poker’s Record-Setting $15 Million Dual Venoms Are Underway

ACR Poker’s largest pair of Venoms in its history opens today, as two Mystery Bounty tourneys combine for $15 million guaranteed.

At 12:05pm ET, Day 1A gets underway in both the $12 Million Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom and the $3 Million Guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom. Each tournament costs $2,650 to enter and includes eight Day 1 flights through August 30th.

Twitch coverage also accompanies the first two starting days, with ACR Team Online joining the broadcasts on the acr_pkr Twitch channel. Day 1A coverage begins Thursday, August 13th at 11:30am ET with Weazel1991, ScrimitzuTV and CODPoker ahead of the 12:05pm ET start. It returns Sunday, August 16th at 11:30am ET with Svetarik, Gripsed_Com and Deckflow before Day 1B begins at 12:05pm ET, with the Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms among the headline events on Super Stacked Sunday.

The events offer different formats but a common progression. Players who survive a starting flight return for Day 2 already in the money. That second stage also activates the Mystery Bounties, turning subsequent eliminations into chances for additional prizes.

In the NLH event, the largest available Mystery Bounty is $500,000. The PLO tournament has a $250,000 top bounty. Neither event awards a Mystery Bounty below $5,000.

Multiple starting opportunities are built into the schedule. After the August 13 opener, seven Day 1 flights remain, allowing players to try again before the field moves into the bounty phase. The poker client carries current flight and registration information.

Direct entry is not the only route. Venom Fever qualifiers continue around the opening flights and guarantee more than 1,500 Venom tickets. Players can use the poker client to review the available qualification options and select an entry path that fits their bankroll.

The Dual Venoms headline a larger run of events. Venom Specials contribute more than $10 million in cumulative guarantees through 91 additional tournaments.

With $12 million assigned to NLH and $3 million to PLO, the Dual Venom schedule brings both communities into the same major tournament stretch while keeping the Mystery Bounty mechanics consistent across formats.

The opening flight is therefore the first decision point, not the last opportunity. Players can enter a later flight or pursue an available qualifier before trying to reach the in-the-money field where the bounty component becomes active.
