$15 Million Dual Venoms Get Underway at Americas Cardroom

Americas Cardroom’s biggest Dual Venoms to date begin today with major Mystery Bounty tournaments combining for $15 million guaranteed.

The opening flight starts at 12:05pm ET in both the $12 Million Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom and the $3 Million Guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom. Entry is $2,650 for each event.

The shared schedule gives each tournament eight Day 1 flights through August 30, so Day 1A is only the first route forward. Seven additional starting opportunities follow, with current flight and registration details available in the poker client.

For those who advance, Day 2 changes the stakes. Every returning player is already in the money, and that is when the Mystery Bounty phase begins.

The NLH Venom can award a Mystery Bounty as large as $500,000. In the PLO Venom, the top available bounty is $250,000. Both events set a $5,000 minimum value for every Mystery Bounty, giving knockouts an additional role alongside the regular payout ladder.

Players can also pursue tournament entry through Venom Fever qualifiers instead of buying in directly. Available qualification paths guarantee more than 1,500 Venom tickets and can be reviewed in the poker client during the opening-flight schedule.

Beyond the two main Venoms, more tournament action surrounds the launch. Venom Specials add over $10 million in cumulative guarantees through 91 events.

Americas Cardroom is also taking the opening Dual Venom action to Twitch, with ACR Team Online joining the first two starting-flight broadcasts. Day 1A coverage begins Thursday, August 13th at 11:30am ET on the acr_pkr Twitch channel, with Weazel1991, ScrimitzuTV and CODPoker appearing before the 12:05pm ET start.

The stream returns Sunday, August 16th at 11:30am ET for Day 1B, featuring Svetarik, Gripsed_Com and Deckflow ahead of the 12:05pm ET flight. The Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms will also be a centerpiece of Super Stacked Sunday, adding another major draw to the day’s tournament schedule.

Together, the Dual Venoms create a single tournament window for players who prefer either format. Both lead to the same central milestone: reaching Day 2 in the money and entering the Mystery Bounty stage.

The result is a shared major-event structure without forcing players into one poker discipline. Hold’em and Omaha competitors follow matching entry and advancement timelines before their respective fields begin drawing bounty prizes.
