Four Seasons Resort Lanai Continues Its Culinary Masters Series With Gaggan Anand

Four Seasons Resort Lanai announced an exclusive 12-course dining experience presented by Gaggan Anand, chef and owner of the eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok. Part of the resort’s Culinary Masters Series, the dinners will take place with three seatings September 4–6, 2026.

Guests will savour a progressive 12-course menu that moves from playful bites to inventive mains and desserts, showcasing the boundary-pushing, deeply personal cuisine for which Anand has become known. Optional beverage pairings are available to complement each course.

The evening starts with a series of bites – including a Yogurt Explosion, Crispy Sago Caviar, Bafun Uni Kachori and more. The next setting includes mains such as Coconut Curry Leaf, Cedar Wood 8. A5 Miyazaki Tenderloin, Lobster Curry, Autumn Truffles among others. Finally, the sweet ending showcases desserts such as Lick It Up and Saffron & Pistachio.
