Americas Cardroom Turns the Poker Bubble Into a $2,650 Venom Seat

Americas Cardroom is giving one poker player an unusual reason to celebrate finishing on the money bubble.
The Moneymaker Bubble Effect takes place Tuesday, July 28, at 8:30 p.m. ET. The online poker tournament costs $0.10 to enter and features a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool.
The player eliminated directly on the tournament’s money bubble will receive a $2,650 seat to one of Americas Cardroom’s upcoming Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms.
The event was inspired by Americas Cardroom Pro Chris Moneymaker’s run in the 2026 World Series of Poker Main Event, where he finished on the bubble.
The tournament will run alongside a live watch party hosted by Moneymaker on Americas Cardroom’s official Twitch channel.
Starting at 7 p.m. ET, Moneymaker will watch ESPN’s 2026 WSOP Main Event coverage and provide reactions, analysis and unfiltered opinions.
Moneymaker became one of poker’s best-known champions in 2003. After qualifying through an $86 online satellite, he defeated Sammy Farha heads-up to win the WSOP Main Event and its $2.5 million first-place prize.
The victory helped create the “Moneymaker Effect,” inspiring more players to qualify online and compete on poker’s largest stages.
Viewers of the Tuesday, July 28 stream will also learn about an exclusive first-time deposit bonus and reload bonus.
The Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms are part of Americas Cardroom’s 25th Anniversary celebration. Together, the two poker tournaments offer a record $15 million in guarantees.
The No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom guarantees $12 million and includes a $500,000 top bounty. The Pot-Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom guarantees $3 million and features a $250,000 top bounty.
