ACR Poker secured a strong presence in ESPN’s opening coverage of the 2026 World Series of Poker Main Event, led by recurring appearances from Pro Alex Foxen.

The first two episodes aired July 21 on ESPN2, covering the tournament’s opening flights and Day 2.

Foxen was shown building his stack, testing opponents and working through several important decisions. His ACR Poker Pro patch remained visible as the broadcast continued to follow his progress.

One of the episode’s most notable hands saw Foxen considering an all-in call against Vinh Nguyen. After taking time to study the situation and listen to Nguyen’s table talk, Foxen made the correct call and won another significant pot.

The sequence highlighted the composure and awareness that have helped Foxen establish himself among the leading players in tournament poker.

Foxen joined the ACR Poker Pro roster in May with Chance Kornuth and Chris Hunichen.

His Main Event appearance followed a successful summer that included a win in the $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold’em tournament. The victory earned Foxen $594,246 and his fourth WSOP bracelet.

Team Pro Chris Moneymaker also represented ACR Poker during the opening ESPN episodes.

Moneymaker’s 2003 Main Event championship remains one of the best-known stories in televised poker. His path from a low-buy-in online qualifier to world champion helped bring the game to a wider audience and encouraged a new generation of players to compete.

The appearances of Foxen and Moneymaker connected ACR Poker with both a defining moment in poker history and the current era of high-level tournament play.

ESPN’s multi-year agreement with the WSOP includes more than 100 hours of programming, additional Main Event episodes and three nights of live final-table coverage.

Upcoming Main Event episodes will continue on ESPN2, with the final table scheduled for August 3-5 across ESPN and ESPN2.
