Leasys prices the seventh issuance in public format under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Today Leasys S.p.A priced a new Euro 750 million senior unsecured offering due July 2030, issued under its recently updated € 10 billion Euro Medium Note Programme, listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
The final coupon was set at 3.70% with the re-offer spread over mid-swap of 70bps, implying a tightening of 25bps from the initial price offering and reflecting the strong quality of the order book.
This transaction represents the seventh public issuance under the Group’s EMTN Programme and confirms the strong appetite of the international investor community for the Company’s credit profile.
