Standard Chartered PLC confirms the appointment of Manus Costello as Group Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement on 17 May 2026 that Manus Costello would be appointed as Standard Chartered PLC’s (the “Company”) Group Chief Financial Officer (“GCFO”), the Company announces that regulatory approvals have been received and Manus is appointed as GCFO and Executive Director to the Board of Standard Chartered PLC with immediate effect.
