Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Guerlain Introduce Ocean Rebirth

A wellness retreat aboard the Orient Express Corinthian, set over the course of a transatlantic crossing. October 12–26, 2026 : A time set aside for wellbeing, a pause for rest and regeneration, allowing for renewed attention to oneself.

In October 2026, Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Guerlain will introduce Ocean Rebirth, a fourteen-day wellness retreat aboard the Orient Express Corinthian. Following a transatlantic route from Lisbon to Bridgetown, with a two-day stop in the Azores, the retreat is structured around a programme focused on physical regeneration and overall balance, developed by Guerlain.

Wellness is an Art

Ocean Rebirth is based on Guerlain’s holistic approach to wellbeing, structured around four pillars: nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep. This philosophy brings together skincare, preventive health and longevity. Each guest follows a personalised programme, shaped through an initial assessment and refined over the course of the journey.The programme combines individual consultations, small-group workshops and guided sessions. In addition to treatment protocols, guests benefit from a nutritional programme developed in collaboration with the onboard culinary teams and Guerlain. It also incorporates a range of dedicated tools. At the core of the programme is LongeviSkin, a unique device developed by Guerlain that combines, for the very first time, the seven most advanced aesthetic technologies, including LED, plasma and radiofrequency. It is complemented by:

A Fourteen-day Programme

Designed as a wellness retreat, Ocean Rebirth brings together Guerlain rituals and sessions led by specialists. The programme includes guided meditation, breathing exercises, nutritional consultations, physical activities and bespoke treatment protocols. Workshops provide opportunities for exchange with practitioners, enabling adjustments and ongoing individual follow-up.

Amélie Demange, Holistic beauty

As Guerlain International Spa Aesthetic Creation Director, Amélie Demange develops an approach attentive to overall balance. She offers bespoke protocols and masterclasses dedicated to holistic rituals. Her sessions also incorporate crystal bowls and sound baths, promoting deep relaxation supporting skin quality.

Arthur Guérin-Boëri, Breathwork and mental training

A five-time world champion freediver, Arthur Guérin-Boëri approaches breathing as a tool for control and regulation. Through guided breathing sessions and lectures, he shares methods applied to performance and resilience.

Déborah Passuti, Regenerative nutrition

A naturopath and nutrition specialist, Déborah Passuti develops personalised assessments and designs tailored menus in collaboration with onboard chefs. She also leads masterclasses focused on honey, a key ingredient in Guerlain’s heritage. She approaches nutrition as part of a broader focus on balance and sustainability.

Julie Granger, Movement and body balance

A former ballerina, Julie Granger combines dance, Pilates, yoga and functional training. Her sessions aim to restore coordination and tone through a progressive approach.

Slav Marinov, Recovery and deep tissue massage

A six-time world champion in deep tissue massage, Slav Marinov develops targeted protocols designed to release tension, support recovery and restore mobility. These sessions ensure continuity over the course of the crossing, maintaining sustained attention to the body and its overall balance

Caribbean Season 2026–2027

In addition to Ocean Rebirth, the winter 2026–2027 season aboard Orient Express Corinthian will include several experiences in the Caribbean. At Prickly Pear Cay, in Anguilla, Beach Days offer a full day on an unspoilt island. On January 9, 2027, Symphony of the Senses presents a multi-sensory experience in a tropical garden in Saint Kitts and Nevis. As a retreat at sea, Ocean Rebirth draws on the time spent sailing to create a continuous setting, where Guerlain’s holistic approach supports regeneration.
