FirstPathway Partners Appoints Eric Waldron as Director of Finance

FirstPathway Partners (FPP), a leading EB-5 investment and regional center operator, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Waldron, CPA, as Director of Finance. In his new role, Mr. Waldron will lead corporate finance and oversee the financial execution of FirstPathway Partners’ EB-5 investment platform. He will direct financial reporting and controls across the company, its EB-5 investment funds, and project entities while overseeing capital deployment tracking, project loan closings and administration, as well as borrower and banking relationships.

A Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Waldron has built an accomplished career spanning corporate finance, accounting, treasury, internal audit, governance, and compliance. He began his career with Ernst & Young before holding leadership and consulting positions with Arthur Andersen, KPMG Consulting, ManpowerGroup, and Baker Tilly/Wipfli LLP, advising clients across commercial real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and banking.

He later led governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for Johnson Controls before serving for more than a decade as Chief Audit Executive for The Marcus Corporation, where he advised executive leadership and the Board of Directors on financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance, Compliance & Administration for Renaissant, a transportation technology software company, where he led treasury, financial planning, and regulatory compliance functions.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Waldron is a veteran of the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and a graduate of the Army’s Ranger School. He currently serves as Treasurer and Executive Committee member of Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, where he established the organization’s investment program and oversees the accounting and treasury management functions.

Mr. Waldron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s Lubar College of Business and holds a Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. He is an active Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin and is based in Milwaukee.
