PBS Programs Recognized at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards

PBS received five (5) nominations as part of the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, the Television Academy announced.

The Academy noted that this year’s nominations reflect the undiminished creative range and vitality of television programming, celebrating both emerging talent and beloved creative voices shaping the future of the industry.

For PBS, the recognition affirms the enduring power of public media storytelling and its lasting influence across the television landscape.

Winners will be announced at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, to be broadcast live on NBC on Monday, September 14, and streaming live on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT from the Peacock Theater at L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
