Playing the Rhythm Heaven™ Groove game is pretty simple: You listen to the beat, get in the groove, and press the right button at the right time. While playing, it’s not uncommon to catch flying veggies, bounce fruit off your (perfect) in-game biceps, strike a pose while sweeping, and who knows what else? You’ll be playing to the beat of catchy original music—including tracks by renowned Japanese musician Tsunku♂.

As you progress in the game, you’ll gradually unlock Beatspell—a single-player mode in which you combat monsters with rhythm-based spells, like fire and healing, by tapping buttons to the beat. What a way to face down your foes!
