FluentStream Awarded 2026 Visionary Spotlight Award for Unified Communications by ChannelVision Magazine
Award Recognizes FluentStream’s Partner-First Platform and Innovation in Cloud Communications
“This recognition reflects the hard work of our entire team and the trust our channel partners place in us every day,” said Kerrin Parker, General Manager of FluentStream. “We built this platform with partners in mind, from the tools they use to manage their business to the support they can count on when their customers need help. Winning a Visionary Spotlight Award is a meaningful milestone, and it motivates us to keep pushing forward on behalf of the partners and customers we serve.”
ChannelVision Magazine has named FluentStream as a 2026 Visionary Spotlight Award (VSA) winner for UCaaS, or Unified Communications as a Service.
The annual Visionary Spotlight Awards are among the channel’s longest-running awards programs, having celebrated innovation, leadership and success for more than a decade. The VSAs also serve as a trusted resource for channel partners, helping them identify leading solutions in an increasingly complex technology ecosystem.
Each year, ChannelVision’s editors and independent judges evaluate entries based on a range of criteria, including overall innovation, future industry impact, creativity, feature set differentiation, ease of use and interoperability.
“The 2026 VSAs reflect a rapidly evolving channel, with advisors navigating emerging AI-driven technologies and shifting buyer expectations,” said ChannelVIsion president and CEO Berge Kaprelian. “The VSAs help cut through the noise by recognizing the companies who are delivering innovation and measurable business value. On behalf of ChannelVision, congratulations to all of this year’s VSA winners.”
FluentStream was recognized in the Unified Communications category for its partner-first platform and continued investment in innovation. Judges highlighted the company’s delivery of a fully integrated communications stack built for today’s hybrid workforce, including the 2025 launch of FluentStream Video, expanded Business Texting capabilities, and the addition of FluentAI, which brings voice, video, messaging, and AI-powered insights into a single platform. Also noted was the enhanced Partner Portal, which gives channel partners real-time visibility across the full customer lifecycle, from lead registration and deal tracking through deployment and support, enabling proactive account management and stronger client outcomes. The recognition follows FluentStream’s 2025 Channel Vision VSA award, as well as the 2025 Internet Telephony Channel Program Excellence Award, reinforcing the company’s standing as a consistent leader in channel-driven communications.
ChannelVision will publish the full list of 2026 Visionary Spotlight Award winners in its upcoming June TSD Directory issue, available at channelvisionmag.com.
