Nike’s Toma National Finals will spotlight more than 150 standout teen ballers who have earned their place in the tournament June 25–27 by winning small-sided and one-on-one competitions across North America — from Los Angeles to Miami, Toronto to Texas, Philadelphia to Atlanta and beyond.

At the center of the experience is Estadio Nike, a 16,000-square-foot open‑air street soccer arena designed to welcome fans into the action. Beginning June 25, the final qualifying event of Toma New York, each night features high‑energy four‑on‑four and one‑on‑one matchups, followed by live DJ sets and music moments that carry the celebration well beyond the final whistle. The competition builds toward a thrilling winner‑takes‑all finale June 27, where champions will be crowned in front of a global audience tuning in live on Amazon streaming services and Twitch.

Surrounding Estadio Nike, the Toma Night Market will bring together the best of New York City and global soccer culture. From food and fashion to music and community storytelling, the Night Market will unite diasporas and fan communities that share a love for the beautiful game — celebrating its heritage, flavor and style in a way only New York City can.

The Toma National Finals will also feature a series of IYKYK pop‑up experiences from across NIKE, Inc. alongside SNKRS moments and a Toma Gift Shop offering custom event merchandise. Local creatives and cultural partners such as Hester Street Fair, Cactus Jack, Happy 99, [Neu]Sette, Battle of Jollof and Taller de Rafa will help shape an environment where sport and culture move together through sound, style, food and shared experiences.

Season One of Toma El Juego

The Toma National Finals mark the culmination of Season One of Toma El Juego, a community‑led street soccer platform built on access, community and creative expression. Since launching last year in Los Angeles, Toma has hosted more than 100 tournaments worldwide, reaching cities from Barcelona and Casablanca to Lima, Mexico City, Santiago and Seoul.

More than 4,000 players have booted up in North America alone, engaging with a free platform designed to help remove barriers that often push young athletes out of the game, including cost, access to space, and rigid play models. By creating environments where players can express themselves freely, Toma helps young athletes continue their street‑to‑stadium journeys on their own terms.

“Toma El Juego for Nike really has been about handing over the keys to the future of the game to the next generation,” says Nuno Silva, VP/GM, Nike Soccer North America. “We believe our role is to simply break down the barriers to access (and to keep playing) soccer, allowing them to now drop a ball wherever they want and feel free to express themselves and have fun.”

Just as they have at tournaments throughout the Toma Season One journey, talent identification and recruitment partners such as U.S. Soccer and the NWSL will be on site for the Toma National Finals, offering players exposure and opportunity beyond the event itself. Winners in both the four‑on‑four and one‑on‑one competitions will earn a one‑year Nike brand ambassador deal along with custom Nike prizes and access to performance resources and mentorship.

“U.S. Soccer has been on the Toma journey with Nike since the very first stop in LA last year,” says Tony Lepore, Head of Talent Identification, U.S. Soccer. “It’s been incredible to watch this movement get bigger and bigger around the world, and for U.S. Soccer scouts to get the chance to identify and discover new players during these Toma events along the way. What’s special about Toma for U.S. Soccer scouts is the opportunity to see players in small-sided environments where they’re having fun and are free to express themselves.”
