MANGO will invest €66 million to open 45 new stores in France by 2028

MANGO, one of the leading international fashion groups, will invest €66 million in France between 2026 and 2028 to open 45 new points of sale. Announced at the Choose France Summit 2026 edition, this investment reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the French market and will support the expansion and improvement of its store network across the country.
The plan foresees 15 new stores per year with around 15 jobs per store. These openings will be distributed between both large and small and medium-sized cities and will represent MANGO’s debut in in 10 cities. This investment will continue to generate local employment, as well as support the company’s omnichannel strategy by driving the expansion and improvement of its commercial network combining a strong physical presence with digital and phygital solutions to enhance the customer experience.
France is MANGO’s leading international market and a key country in its growth strategy. Present in the country for more than three decades, the company opened its first store in 1994 in Montpellier and focused the first phase of expansion on other major cities such as Paris, Toulouse, Lille, Nîmes and Strasbourg.
In the late 2000s, MANGO opened some of its most important flagship stores in France, including over 1,100 m² stores in Haussmann and La Défense in the French capital, as well as République in Lyon and the Rivetoile shopping centre in Strasbourg.
In the 2010s, MANGO increased its capillarity in France with a focus on secondary cities and since 2022 it has strengthened its position in the country by opening over 12,500 m² of selling space.
