Alex Foxen Scores Fourth-Place Finish in WSOP $25K Heads-Up Event

San Jose, Costa Rica – June 2, 2026 – Americas Cardroom’s Alex Foxen has wasted little time making an impact at the 2026 World Series of Poker, finishing fourth in Event #7: $25,000 Heads-Up No-Limit Hold’em Championship for $300,000.

The result gives Foxen an early highlight since joining the Americas Cardroom pro team and adds another deep run to his accomplished tournament career.

Foxen is widely recognized for his success in elite tournament fields. His accomplishments include back-to-back Global Poker Index Player of the Year titles in 2018 and 2019, multiple WSOP bracelets, a $4.56 million victory in the 2022 WSOP $250,000 Super High Roller, and a $3.85 million win in the 2024 Triton Main Event at WSOP Paradise.
