New Balance and FC Porto unveil the club’s 2026–27 away kit, a refined expression of heritage and modern performance inspired by the city of Porto.

Created for defining moments on the road, the kit is rooted in the region’s legacy of meticulous engineering – from the iconic Douro River bridges to the tradition of Port wine production. The result is a design that balances strength and elegance through thoughtful detailing and a carefully considered color palette.

“Our goal for this season’s away kit was to channel the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define Porto,” said Kenny McCallum, Senior Director of New Balance Football Product. “From the color palette to the finishing touches, every element reflects a commitment to quality while delivering a confident and distinctive identity on the pitch.”

The jersey features a deep purple base with soft cream detailing, creating a refined, elegant look. Subtle tonal striping is integrated into the fabric to add depth while maintaining a clean, classic silhouette. A monochromatic club crest enhances the modern aesthetic, while refined finishing touches reinforce the overall sense of precision.

The design also reflects the journey of Port from the Douro Valley to a global stage, mirroring FC Porto’s own international presence. From material textures to construction, each element speaks to the city’s reputation for quality and authenticity.

The away jersey features a lightweight performance chassis designed to support natural movement on the pitch. Integrated mesh zones enhance breathability and moisture management, while premium construction at the hem and cuffs ensures a comfortable, performance-ready fit.
