Leapmotor Sets New Record, 81.569 Deliveries in May. Global Expansion Accelerates

Leapmotor continues it growth trajectory, achieving a new all-time monthly delivery record in May with 81.569 vehicles delivered (domestic and export deliveries).

This performance marks a new significant milestone for the brand, representing an increase of 81% compared to May 2025, and a 14.26% rise versus April.

From a year-to-date perspective, this sustained growth is also reflected in the company’s cumulative performance. In the first five months of the year, Leapmotor delivered a total of 263.111 vehicles, representing a 51.51% increase compared to same period 2025.

The result builds on the momentum established in April, when Leapmotor had already reached a previous peak of 71.387 units. With May’s performance, the company reinforces its position as one of the fastest-growing electric vehicle brands, driven by strong market demand and an increasingly competitive product offering.

Leapmotor is set to further accelerate its international expansion. In current month, the electric hatchback B05 will be introduced across 28 overseas markets, marking a key step in the brand’s global strategy. The rollout is expected to support Leapmotor’s evolution beyond its current focus on affordable mass-market vehicles, enabling entry into higher-margin segments and broadening its customer base.
