Tieto completes the divestment of Tieto Indtech’s Edlevo and HR&Payroll software businesses to EG

On 18 February 2026, Tieto announced an agreement to sell two of Tieto Indtech’s software businesses, Edlevo and HR& Payroll, to EG, an industry-specific software provider operating in the Nordics. Tieto has completed the transaction today 1 June 2026.

The cash and debt free purchase price (enterprise value) for the divested operations amounts to EUR 95 million. As communicated at signing, Tieto intends to use the proceeds in accordance with the company’s capital allocation policy.
