At a glance

  • Triple leadership: Verizon is the only U.S.-based telecom named a “Leader” in three major Gartner reports: Managed IoT, 4G/5G Private Mobile, and Global WAN.

  • Assessment criteria: Recognition in the Managed IoT category was based on Gartner’s rigorous evaluation of Verizon’s ability to execute and completeness of vision.

  • Robust IoT portfolio: Verizon was highlighted for its comprehensive IoT offerings, including AI-driven SaaS, advanced eSIM orchestration, global networking, and secure device management.

Verizon has been named a Leader in this year’s Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed IoT Connectivity Services, Worldwide, following recognition as a Leader in this year’s 4G and 5G Private Mobile Services and Global WAN services reports. For the second year in a row, it is the only U.S.-headquartered telecommunications company to be named a Leader in all three reports.

“We feel that being the only U.S.-headquartered telco named a Leader in each of these three reports reflects the comprehensive converged-solutions capability Verizon is providing customers during a period of unprecedented technological evolution,” said Daniel Lawson, Senior Vice President, Global Solutions, Verizon Business.
