Pebble Introduces Scout AI Assistant and iPhone App to Make RVing Even More Effortless and Intuitive

Fremont, CA, Thursday, 5/21/26 — Pebble, the company delivering a new way to live, work, and explore from anywhere, today introduced Scout, an AI assistant purpose-built for Pebble Flow owners, alongside a new Pebble iPhone app, now available in the App Store. Built Different From the Start

From day one, the Pebble Flow has been engineered as a technology platform, where software is as essential as the hardware it runs on. By combining cutting-edge technology, robotic software and AI, the Pebble Flow has intelligent features, including automatic hitching and remote maneuvering, that are unlike anything the industry has seen before. The Pebble App is the command center, giving owners intuitive control over every system, from setup and positioning to climate, lighting, and water, right at their fingertips.

Introducing Scout

To bring even more ease to the experience, Pebble is now introducing Scout, an AI assistant that guides users through their journey with the Pebble Flow. Scout provides real-time, contextual guidance to help owners understand, operate, and get the most out of the Pebble Flow so they can focus their time on relaxing and exploring. Owners can ask Scout to explain features, walk through setup, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time guidance tailored to their Pebble Flow. In addition to answering questions, Scout actively monitors the trailer and relays maintenance information to the owner. The first proactive feature is an automatic email alert when a Flow’s high-voltage battery drops below 10%. This sets the foundation for an expanding roadmap of proactive intelligence, and Pebble will add more proactive features and introduce in-app push notifications over time.

Scout draws on the expertise of Pebble’s engineers and designers, and now, its owners. Tips and experiences that owners share with Scout are analyzed by AI agents that surface key findings and proposals to the Pebble team, making it possible to learn from every interaction at scale. The most valuable insights are then validated and fed back to the broader owner community, creating a self-improving knowledge base where every owner interaction makes the experience better for everyone.

Scout is available now through the owner’s portal at PebbleLife.com, and will soon be integrated directly into the Pebble app.

Pebble App Now Available in the App Store

Beyond the onboard iPad control system, owners can now access and control their Pebble Flow directly from their iPhone through the Pebble App, now available in the App Store. Acknowledging feedback from owners to have more flexibility in how they control the Pebble Flow, owners can now access key controls and status information from their iPhones, keeping the Pebble experience within reach, wherever they are.

The mobile app connects directly to the Flow over a local Bluetooth connection without the need for internet access.

The iOS app is designed to complement the onboard command center and sets the stage for what comes next. As Scout expands its ability to read live signals, users will receive updates right on their phone, proactively monitoring health and surfacing the right information at the right moment. Cloud connectivity is coming soon, allowing owners to monitor and control their Flow remotely from virtually anywhere.
