After 17 years with the business, Andrew Rough will step down as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the business has positioned itself as a trusted partner to customers seeking more sustainable and cost‑effective garment lifecycle solutions. He will continue to support ACS in an advisory capacity, ensuring continuity as the business moves forward.

The business welcomes John Cameron as its new Chief Executive Officer. John brings a strong track record of scaling businesses, delivering commercial growth and driving operational performance in private equity-backed environments. He has significant experience unlocking value through operational optimisation, disciplined commercial execution and clear strategic focus. In previous roles, he has delivered substantial revenue growth by improving asset utilisation, refining target customer segments and strengthening go‑to‑market strategies, while developing high‑performing teams aligned to growth objectives.
