Shareholders are to receive a dividend of 0.33 euros per share as a share of the company’s success in the 2025 fiscal year
The 73rd Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Lufthansa AG began today at 10:00 a.m. sharp as an in-person event at Messe Frankfurt. Nine items are on the agenda for the 73rd Annual General Meeting. Among the agenda items is the appropriation of retained earnings. A dividend of 0.33 euros per share is proposed. This corresponds to a payout ratio of 30 percent of consolidated net income and a dividend yield of four percent based on the year-end closing price of the Lufthansa share. This is intended to once again allow shareholders to share in the company’s success.
The election of members of the Supervisory Board is also on the agenda. In addition to the proposal to elect Dr. Johannes Teyssen, former Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of E.ON SE, and Wolfgang Nickl, member of the Executive Board and CFO of Bayer AG, the agenda also includes a proposal for the re-election of Karl Gernandt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kühne Holding AG, to the Supervisory Board.
Other agenda items include, among other things, the cancellation and creation of a new Authorized Capital A and a new Contingent Capital.
