Pasadena, CA – WEBWIRE

Best Seller Publishing announces the release of Douglas Peterson’s new book, How You Think and Feel Changes Your Body: Dynamic Body Psychology.” It will be available in the Amazon store for free for only five days.

“How You Think and Feel Changes Your Body” is about the powerful connection between the mind and the physical body. It explores how our thoughts and emotions are reflected in our physical form, often in ways we don’t immediately recognize. The book explains how feelings can affect the body both instantly, such as the physical effects of depression, and over time through patterns like posture shaped by long-term stress or overwhelm. Through clear descriptions and illustrations, it helps readers understand how deeply held beliefs and emotions become embedded in the body. It also provides insight into recognizing signs of trauma, depression, and recurring behavioral patterns in oneself and others. Ultimately, the book presents body awareness as a practical tool for self-understanding and better decision-making in relationships.

“How You Think and Feel Changes Your Body” is currently free and available for download on Amazon for five days (until end of 4/10/26). Get your copy at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D8CH1RTS/
